From the NORTH: I-75 South to exit # 130, Bluelick Road. Turn Right (WEST). Travel approximately 3 mile. WORTH Center will be to your RIGHT. From the SOUTH: I-75 North to exit # 130, Bluelick Road. Turn Left (WEST). Travel approximately 3 mile. WORTH Center will be to your RIGHT. From the WEST: SR 30 East to OH-115 Kalida/Lima Exit. Turn Right (SOUTH) onto OH- 115 toward Lima. OH-115 will turn into OH-65 then West Street. Travel approximately 3.5mile. Turn Left at stop light (Bluelick Road). WORTH Center will be on your Left. From the EAST: SR 30 West to OH-115 Kalida/Lima Exit. Turn Left (SOUTH) onto OH- 115 toward Lima. OH-115 will turn into OH-65 then West Street. Travel approximately 3.5mile.
